Mr. Crossland was very happy and satisfied with the way Dr. Sureddi dealt with him and his wife who is his career. They stated they found Dr. Sureddi very patient, understanding and compassionate with them. Mrs. Thomas’s son explained that their experience in Clinic was extremely positive. Dr. Sureddi was curtesy, polite and attentive and afforded Mrs. Thomas all the time and listened to her explain how she felt. He took time to explain throughly what her condition was about and set out the plan forward. Mrs. Thomas made a statement “ Dr. Sureddi the doctor was very nice”.

Very positive and was very understanding and listened to all questions asked. Dr. Sureddi was very good interacting with Mrs.Davies, my mother, and was thorough and very good listening to her and what she had to say. Very good at listening to me but making sure that my mother was always included in conversation. Dr. Sureddi gave very good examples of how to deal with my mother and how to distract her and how to deal with situations.

Dr. Sureddi was a very understanding and compassionate Doctor. My father was diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment which was explained to me and my father very thoroughly and helped us in understanding how my father’s life would be and how we would deal with it. Nothing was too much for Dr, Sureddi; every question we had was answered and explained to my father and myself.
